Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- I will refund the full purchase price of the item(s).
- The payment processing fees (3-5% depending on the payment method) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please understand that this is a small business, and I do not make enough on the PSPi boards to absorb the fees. These fees are charged to me by payment processors and are non-refundable on my end.
This rule also applies if you make a mistake in purchase quantity or feature selection. Instead of cancelling the order and placing it again (which will cost the fees each time the order is placed), just contact me and I’ll make the necessary changes and then invoice or refund the difference.
Post-Shipment Issues
If you need to return an item after it has been shipped, or if there are any issues with your order:
- For items damaged in transit or if a refund is needed due to a mistake on my end or for a defective product, I will provide a full refund including all fees and shipping costs.
- For other returns, please contact me to discuss the specific situation. I’ll work with you to figure out the best solution.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, look in your account page. Give the reason for your request, and I’ll respond as quickly as possible.
