Description: This was designed for the PSPi 1000 Version 4 build. It’s superior to Version 3 in every way, and is available at the same price that V3 was ($109 price includes both board and LCD).
Includes:
- All-in-one PCB
- 4.3″ LCD
- JST-SH wire for speaker modification
You Need the Following to Complete the Build:
- Broken PSP 1000 Series
- Raspberry Pi Zero (Version 1.3 or W)
- MicroSD card
- Battery with JST-PH Connector
- This Turnigy battery is excellent and fits well into the battery compartment, and it has the right connector
- If you want slightly more capacity and don’t mind soldering, you can use the pair of 1.2Ah cell phone batteries from Version 3 (available here)
- USB A/B Adapter (this is the USB data connection for the Pi). You may also be able to use a USB A to microUSB adapter if it’s a flexible one, since the one on the Pi Zero will still function.
- Charging Cable (the original PSP charging adapter will work fine, or you can use a PSP USB charging cable)
