Hi!
I've just finished building my pspi with the v4 board and the headphone amp board. I've only soldered the audio feature of the headphone board.
The result is a working console with no audio from the speaker either the headphone.
I've got an error message "lv10: VolumeControl ::init() failed to find mixer elements" and so i've done a fresh install. No more error message but the audio still not working.
What can i do? it's seems to be a software issue?

ok, problem solved.
like the 99% of problems you can find, it was a bad solder joint.
if you have a problem, check the solder joint!

It's always the solder joints. I'm glad you got it working.
