Hey, as I just managed to get the raspberry pi to work, I was wondering what would be the best theme for it.

Almost all of them work with it, so it's really just going to be a matter of opinion which one is best.
The one I include in the setup script makes some font changes to make the font more readable on the small screen, so other themes might suffer there a little if you don't modify them.
