Hello,
I'm sure its listed already somewhere but I'm looking for a list of parts to put together a ver 4 board. I ordered a ver 4 board and headphone jack. I also Have a PSP ver 1000 coming that powers on but won't read a disc. I would like to also get an original or a good aftermarket shell if available. Any help with what parts and where to buy them would be great... Thanks

The product page lists everything included and needed. Aftermarket shells are generally cheap Chinese knockoffs, and I haven't found one I really like. Some of them are better than others, but the quality is hit of miss.
