When you unplug the power and hit the power button, what LED indications do you get?

Possible causes:
- FPC cable not fully inserted into FPC-24 on PSPi board or the FPC-22 on PSP controls board
- FPC cable damaged
- PSP's power switch defective
- Battery hooked up backwards (hopefully not, since this would be bad)
- Battery voltage is below 3v, and needs to be charged
You can rule out the FPC and power switch by connecting these two spots together for just a moment. That will connect the switch to ground and perform the same exact task that pushing the button does.
I test every portion of every single board before sending them, so it's very very unlikely to be an issue with the board. I won't say impossible, since things can happen during shipping, but it's unlikely.
