After putting everything together none of the buttons on the PSP work other than screen brightness. I have reinstalled the image 3x and rebooted as needed per the guide. PSP was working prior to using it for the project. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I should also mention that the battery status is also not appearing not sure if there’s tied together. Also the keyboard doesn’t work when attached via USB

I recommend checking the FPC cable that runs to the Pi's CSI connector. It handles the connection to the joystick, battery indicator, and buttons. It's possible that it is just partially inserted.
