Hi,

based on this build I've made my own slightly improved version of a Pi Zero inside a SNES controller. The Pi is powered by an 800 mAh Lipo instead of 500 and I'm able to use the USB OTG even when the case is closed. This is very handy because this way it's possible to play 2 player games. Next step is to implement a soft on/off switch. I also want to extend the USB power port.

Self-etched PCB to switch on / off PI and power supply is done. Looks messy but it's quite small and works.

As far as I can judge... yes. It's quite expensive but has good built-in functions like a 5v output and low bat detection.
